I wil discuss both two solution i.e, to limit high CPU usage and to speed up your bluestacks app player. Both are in contradiction to each other so you have to decide which one to use. And to be honest, both requires similar tweaking.

For slow connections - follow the below tutorial
- Open registry, hit Win Key + R then type regedit.exe, the hit enter
- Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, navigate to SOFTWARE
- Now expand SOFTWARE navigate to Bluestacks, expand it then Guests then Android.
